Refunds and support

7-day refund policy

You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Email support@displayspan.app with your purchase email and receipt or order reference. Do not send your card number.

Use the full 3-day trial to check your monitor and dock compatibility before buying.

After a refund

A completed refund revokes the associated license. An offline Mac may continue using its cached entitlement until it reconnects or that cache expires. Your saved display profiles remain on your Mac.

Payment support and your rights

DisplaySpan handles payment questions, refund requests, and product and technical support. Our 7-day policy does not limit your statutory rights. For earlier purchases sold through Link, the transaction terms and support instructions on your receipt continue to apply.
